The taste

Deeply roasted—perfect for portafilter brewing—this single-farm coffee unfolds a harmonious combination of caramel, orange, and dark chocolate. The 100% Arabica beans of the Castillo variety are carefully hand-roasted in small batches—always no more than four weeks before shipping. Processing: washed—for clarity and depth in the cup.

Origin

Finca Eskandia is located in the heart of Colombia's Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta—a region known for its diversity and fertile soils. At an altitude of 1,000–1,300 meters, the beans ripen under ideal conditions, are harvested by hand, and processed with the utmost respect for people and nature. As an organic and Fairtrade-certified coffee, proudly co-owned by the farmer, this coffee stands for true transparency, quality, and direct partnership.
